1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jili50 ("jili50," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the jili50 website located at jili50.cam, including all associated mobile interfaces, applications, games, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you may have registered.

These Terms are effective as of January 1, 2026. jili50 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

The jili50 Platform is intended exclusively for eligible adults in the Philippines. To register an account and participate in any gaming activity on jili50, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is lawfully permitted.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of jili50 or any of its affiliated game providers, technology partners, or payment processors.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, court order, or regulatory directive that prohibits or restricts your participation in gambling activities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.

jili50 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. During the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, you will be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document confirming your date of birth. Acceptable documents include a Philippine driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, postal ID, or passport. Accounts that fail age verification will be suspended, bonus funds will be forfeited, and any remaining deposited funds will be returned to the verified payment source in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on jili50, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the jili50 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through proxy registrations — is strictly prohibited. jili50 employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be immediately suspended, all bonus balances will be forfeited, and any real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of jili50 remains accurate and current. You may update your personal information at any time through the account settings section of your member dashboard, subject to verification requirements for certain changes (such as name corrections or mobile number updates).

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jili50 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.

jili50 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other website or application.
• Enable SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.
• Never access your jili50 account from public or shared devices without logging out completely after each session.
• Report any unauthorized access to your account to jili50 support immediately.

jili50 will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication claiming to be from jili50 and asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team. jili50 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

jili50 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, Instapay, and PESONet. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All payment methods used to deposit into your jili50 account must be registered in your own verified name. Third-party payments — deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though jili50 reserves the right to impose limits at its discretion, including as part of responsible gaming measures. Deposits are generally processed immediately upon confirmation from your payment provider. jili50 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems, banking maintenance windows, or network outages.

All funds deposited into your jili50 account are held in trust for gaming purposes only. jili50 does not pay interest on deposited funds. Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where jili50 is unable to provide service due to a system error directly attributable to jili50.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on jili50 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account registered in your name. jili50 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards, or unverified payment instruments.

Before processing any withdrawal, jili50 may require you to complete our full KYC verification process, which includes submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and, where applicable, documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used.

Indicative withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: Approximately 5 minutes, available 24/7 including weekends and public holidays.
• Instapay / PESONet bank transfers: Same business day to next business day, subject to interbank clearing schedules.
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: 1–2 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing times.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. jili50 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. jili50 accepts no responsibility for fees charged by third-party payment processors.

jili50 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, jili50 will notify the player by email within 48 hours of the decision to withhold.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

jili50 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to Philippine events and sporting calendars. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms and must be read in conjunction with them.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered on jili50:

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. Specific promotions may have higher or lower wagering requirements as stated in the individual offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus funds and associated pending winnings will be removed upon expiry of the validity period.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jili50 Platform — including slots, live casino games, table games, sports betting markets, Bingo, Keno, and specialty games — are governed by the individual game rules published within the game interface or on the relevant game provider's website, in addition to these Terms.

jili50 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all applicable games, independently tested and audited by recognized third-party testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jili50 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or ineligible under these Terms.
• Registering or operating more than one account on jili50.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live casino games, poker, or sports betting pools.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in games or the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.

• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or are not registered in your verified name.

10. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment only. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of jili50.

Any unauthorized use of jili50's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili50 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, game providers, and technology partners shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data;
• Interruptions to service, system failures, maintenance downtime, or loss of data;
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications providers;
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

jili50's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your jili50 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jili50's liability for death or personal injury caused by jili50's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with your use of the jili50 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties within thirty (30) days, shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration institution in the Philippines, in accordance with its applicable arbitration rules.

Pending the outcome of any arbitration or legal proceedings, jili50 reserves the right to suspend your account and temporarily withhold any balance in your account that is the subject of the dispute.

14. Amendments to Terms

jili50 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Changes will take effect upon posting to the jili50 website. Where amendments are material — such as changes to withdrawal conditions, account eligibility, or bonus terms — jili50 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by email to registered players.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account by contacting jili50 support.

If you are unsatisfied with the resolution provided by jili50 following the completion of our internal complaint process, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR or the relevant dispute resolution body in your jurisdiction.
